Together we can invest in your future

TYP Ltd is developing a network of interested groups, organisations or individuals whose combined commitment will provide the stability for our young people to learn and experience a working environment.

By taking responsibility for providing that initial employment experience, so sought after and demanded by employers when recruiting, TYP Ltd is providing a solution to all parties in a community environment with a community involvement.

A significant limitation when dealing with societal issues today is lack of direct funding and targeted action to those that can bring the immediate change often needed. An alternative new way of working is required which provides support and management of initiatives for all those concerned. At Target Your Potential Limited (TYP Ltd.) the aim is to manage the gaps and deliver what is needed for the client, sponsors, professional partners etc.

Bringing that know-how into an operational business for young people run by the young people must be the key to success. At TYP Ltd the aim is to bridge the gaps, develop the ideas and to deliver solutions.

Not only will TYP Ltd work within the local community to find sponsorship for employment places, work with educational establishments and trade associations – it will also seek volunteers and skilled workers who can provide anything from a 1 hour lecture to continuous support and professional help. Networking and using what is offered to TYP Ltd produces a strength to any local initiative that would be hard to be replicated in a single company.

Jobsfairs – Edenbridge

Target Your Potential together with the Eden Valley Chamber of Commerce are delighted to present the first of many joint ventures commencing with the Edenbridge Jobsfair to be held at the Eden Centre Four Elms Road Edenbridge on the 25th April from 10am – 4pm. We are very pleased to announce that Sir John Stanley will be opening the event and joined by Tom Tugendhat the Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Tonbridge and Malling. The event will have exhibitors from local businesses, education providers and the uniformed services. During the day we have organised a number of workshops from expert Social Media advice to support on how to apply for jobs from the Jobcentre as well as how to consider being an entrepreneur from the Kent Foundation. Depending on the weather we are hoping to have an assault course within the Eden Centre garden run by the Challenger Troop CIC from Tunbridge Wells.
